Technical support

Scope of technical support

We provide assistance at every stage: from selecting equipment for a specific application, through configuration and commissioning, to fault diagnosis and team training. We serve both school labs and laboratories, as well as maintenance operations in production plants.

Support applies to hardware and software purchased from us. We'll also advise on devices from other sources, depending on availability and documentation.

Before you report a fault

Please provide the device model and serial number, a description of the symptoms, and a screenshot of the error message. This can often shorten the diagnosis by several days.

How to report a case?

The more details you provide in your report, the quicker we will get back to you with a specific answer instead of follow-up questions.

  • Describe the device: model, serial number, software version.
  • Write down what is happening and when the problem first occurred.
  • Attach a photo of the error message or a short video from the station.
  • Provide the order or invoice number if the equipment is under warranty.
  • Send a request by email or arrange a consultation at a convenient time.
