Scope of technical support<\/h2>\n

We provide assistance at every stage: from selecting equipment for a specific application, through configuration and commissioning, to fault diagnosis and team training. We serve both school labs and laboratories, as well as maintenance operations in production plants.<\/p>\n

Support applies to hardware and software purchased from us. We'll also advise on devices from other sources, depending on availability and documentation.<\/p>\n
